Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your signup data instead of digging through exports
A publisher can type a plain question about leads, survey answers, offers and results, and get an answer without opening a spreadsheet.

- greetform connects to Claude or ChatGPT, which reads leads, survey answers, offers and results and answers in plain English
- The AI tools are read only; publishing, editing and deleting still happen in the greetform dashboard
- Webhooks and an API are available for CRMs and dashboards
- There is a free forever plan with no card needed
It is the end of the month. The signup data is all there, sitting in fields on subscriber records: who answered which question, who claimed an offer, who asked for the media kit. The publisher just wants one answer, which offer pulled the most leads, and the road to it runs through an export, a spreadsheet and an hour that does not exist. greetform connects to Claude or ChatGPT so the publisher can just ask, in plain English.
What the connection does
greetform is the form that appears right after someone subscribes, registers for an event or buys. It asks a few branching questions, shows each person the offers that fit, captures leads, and syncs every answer to Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp as fields to segment on. The AI connection sits on top of that data. A publisher can ask something like which offer got the most leads this month and who the last five leads were, and the agent reads greetform to answer it.
The questions themselves branch. Conditional logic is built in, so each answer decides what comes next, and owners and renters can see different offers. A partner's offer can appear mid-survey, and one tap sends that partner the lead. Readers who own a business can ask for the media kit, which hands the publisher an advertiser lead at signup. All of that activity is what the agent reads when the publisher asks about results.
The tools are read only. An agent can look at what happened, ask about leads and offers and results, but publishing, editing and deleting still happen in the greetform dashboard. That line matters for anyone worried about handing a chat window the keys to the operation: the agent reads, the publisher acts.
MCP, short for Model Context Protocol, is the standard these chat clients use to reach outside themselves and read another service. greetform publishes an MCP endpoint, and it also exposes the same tools as a plain HTTPS API described in an OpenAPI spec, plus webhooks that push events out as they happen. Webhooks suit a CRM that should learn about a lead the moment it arrives; the API suits a dashboard the publisher builds or a script already in place.
Who this is for, and who it is not for
This is for newsletter publishers, creators and event organizers who already ask questions of their signup data and pay for the questions in time. A local newsletter running partner offers, a B2B newsletter qualifying subscribers, a creator selling a course: all of them ask which offer worked and who raised a hand. If the answers come once a quarter from a manual export, the connection saves the export. Henderson HQ and Forest City Insider use greetform for the signup moment this sits on.
The money side comes from the same moment. There are three ways to earn at signup: sell your own products such as courses, memberships, events or services, sell leads to local businesses like realtors, med spas, gyms and contractors, and sell spots on an offer wall, with local deals priced per claim. greetform does not pay publishers. It gives them the tools to sell and tracks every lead and claim, which is exactly the data the agent reads when the monthly question comes around.
It is not for anyone expecting the AI to run the account. The tools read. Someone who wants the agent to edit surveys, pause offers or change prices still does that work in the dashboard at app.greetform.com. And greetform works alongside Beehiiv, ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp, so a publisher on another email platform would be moving their list, which the product does not ask for.
How to connect it
- 01Create the account
Sign up at app.greetform.com; a person confirms the email and sets a password.
- 02Open Settings > API & AI
A workspace owner makes a key on the API & AI screen in settings.
- 03Point the MCP client at greetform
Add the endpoint, https://app.greetform.com/api/mcp, to any MCP client with the key as a Bearer token.
- 04Ask a first question
Try which offer got the most leads this month, and who were the last five leads.
- 05Check the answer against the dashboard
The agent reads; the publisher can verify any answer against the greetform dashboard.
The free forever plan needs no card, so a publisher can build the greetform, watch answers arrive, and connect an agent before spending anything. greetforms are hosted and ready to share, and can look like the publisher's newsletter, so the setup work stays light. Webhooks and the API come with the platform for pushing leads to a CRM or feeding a dashboard the publisher already runs.
