Share your survey and embed it on your site

Use your greetform link, embed a form on your website, or connect your own domain.

Your greetform link

Every newsletter gets a link that works right away: app.greetform.com/b/ followed by your newsletter's short name. Copy it from the Get started checklist or from Settings, then Domains.

Embed on your website

    Open the embed builder

    Go to Forms, then Embed on your website.

    Choose what to embed

    A lead form, the full survey inline, the full survey as a popup, or a one-question poll. A lead form also has a shape: Article, Hero, Sidebar, Bar or Square.

    Copy the code

    Press Copy the code. On your website, add a Custom HTML or Code block where the form should appear, paste the code and publish the page.

Use your own domain

On a paid plan, open Settings, then Domains. Enter your domain, press Connect my domain, add the records shown at your domain company, then press Check again. Your greetform link keeps working the whole time.
